Plain terms for using our website, and the conditions behind our 35-survey guarantee.

2. Using this website
This website provides general information about Living Proof Marketing and our services. It is intended for businesses. Information on this website is not professional advice or a substitute for a client agreement.
You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce harmful software or interfere with its operation.
We may update the website and its content at any time. We take reasonable care over the information we publish, but do not promise that it is complete, accurate or up to date. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw it.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
3. The 35-survey guarantee
35 damp surveys in 90 days. Or we keep working for free.
What counts
an owner-occupier, or a landlord with authority to commission work (not a tenant), with rising or penetrating damp, mould or a tanking job, inside your service area, who attends the survey. If you prefer, condensation-only enquiries can be left out of the count. No-shows are replaced, not counted.
Your side of the deal
keep survey slots open, keep the ad budget running on your own Meta account, follow up booked surveys within one working day, and mark each one as attended or missed.
The guarantee
if we don't reach 35 attended surveys in 90 days, we keep working, with no further fee, until we do. The 90 days start when the ads go live.
Full terms are set out in each client's agreement. That agreement explains the scope of the service and how the guarantee applies to your firm.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content belongs to South West Leads Ltd. This includes its text, design, graphics and code, except where rights belong to a third party. You may view the website and keep a copy for your own internal business use. You must not copy, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of this website. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made solely in reliance on its general information. Your rights under any client agreement are governed by that agreement.
6. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. The policy link will be added before this site collects enquiries.
7. Governing law
These terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
